"I was driving home late one night on the highway when all of a sudden a deer jumped out in front of me, I didn’t have time to react and hit the deer square on. I pulled to the side of the road and got out to look at the damage to my car. It was billowing smoke and the entire front end was smashed, far from drivable. I ended up having to call a tow truck and in the following days I figured out my car was totaled. I had no idea what I was going to do as my car was my only mode of transportation and I have to commute for work. I called up Rachel and she helped me arrange a rental car that I could drive for a few weeks until I could figure out how to get a new vehicle. She answered all of my questions and helped ease my concerns. She walked me through the process and explained how State Farm would reimburse me for my totaled car. Without Rachel’s help I wouldn’t have had transportation to and from work in order to support myself. Super thankful to have an agent like Rachel looking out for me and helping with all my insurance needs. I would highly recommend Rachel at State Farm to get the best insurance and save money in the process!"
